An Air Hostess is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. The role includes providing in-flight services, handling emergencies, and maintaining cabin safety standards as per aviation regulations
Responsibilities
• Ensure passenger safety during takeoff, flight, and landing
• Demonstrate safety procedures (oxygen masks, seat belts, exits)
• Assist passengers with seating, luggage, and comfort needs
• Handle medical or emergency situations onboard
• Manage passenger queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with pilot and ground staff for flight operations
