Jobseekers must ensure that all resume entries, qualifications, work histories, and identity details provided are genuine and truthful.

• No forged certificates, fake employment credentials, or fraudulent representation.
• Professional and respectful communication with prospective employers and platform staff.
• Adherence to scheduled interview commitments and standard industry recruitment ethics.

Employers and recruiters agree to publish only genuine, verified job vacancies and handle candidate data strictly in accordance with privacy regulations.

• Job listings must clearly represent genuine employment positions and lawful compensation.
• Employers must avoid discriminatory, misleading, or abusive hiring practices.
• Applicant resumes and personal contact information must be utilized solely for hiring purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GBLJOB and may result in immediate suspension or legal prosecution:

• Automated scraping, crawling, or unauthorized harvesting of jobs or candidate resumes.
• Publishing fraudulent job advertisements, pyramid schemes, or unverified fee-charging recruitments.
• Spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or attempting denial-of-service attacks.
• Violating intellectual property rights, trademarks, or proprietary algorithms.

Users retain ownership of their submitted materials (such as resume content and company logos). However, you grant GBLJOB a non-exclusive license to host, format, and display your listings and profiles across our recruitment channels.

All GBLJOB software, UI designs, codebases, branding, and aggregated directory indexes are the intellectual property of GBLJOB and cannot be copied or reused without prior written consent.

Where premium employer features, featured job postings, or franchise memberships are purchased, fees are clearly outlined prior to checkout. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Refund requests are subject to the specific service agreement and platform delivery status.

GBLJOB operates as a career connection and hiring technology platform. We do not guarantee job placements, hiring timelines, employer interview responses, or salary negotiation outcomes. Each employer and jobseeker is responsible for conducting their own verification during recruitment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBLJOB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, communication disruptions, or recruitment decisions made between third-party employers and candidates.

GBLJOB reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent documentation, engage in harassment, or disrupt platform security.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent judicial courts.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect service updates or regulatory modifications. Continued usage of the platform indicates your acceptance of updated terms.
