Jobseekers must provide truthful resume and profile details and apply only for suitable opportunities.

• No false experience, forged credentials, or misleading profile claims.
• No abuse of employers, recruiters, or platform communication channels.
• Respect interview schedules, response timelines, and professional conduct standards.

4. Employer Obligations

Employers must post lawful, accurate job listings and use candidate data responsibly.

• Job descriptions must reflect genuine openings and truthful terms.
• Employers must avoid discriminatory or abusive hiring practices.
• Candidate data must be processed only for recruitment purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in activities that disrupt the platform or violate law, including:

• Unauthorized access, scraping, or automated abuse.
• Posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, or security attacks.
• Using GBLJOB to run scams, pyramid schemes, or fake recruitment offers.

6. Content and IP Rights

Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant GBLJOB a non-exclusive, limited license to host, process, and display that content for platform operations.

All platform branding, software, interface design, and proprietary materials are owned by GBLJOB or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without authorization.

7. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Where paid services apply, pricing and billing terms are communicated at purchase. Refund decisions are governed by the applicable refund policy and service nature.

Users are responsible for valid payment details, taxes where applicable, and any fees resulting from payment method failures or chargebacks.

8. Disclaimers

GBLJOB provides a technology platform for recruitment facilitation. We do not guarantee job placement, candidate selection, employer response times, salary outcomes, or hiring decisions.

Third-party content, company claims, and job postings are the responsibility of their respective publishers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GBLJOB and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from platform use, including missed opportunities, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal compliance needs, or prolonged inactivity. Certain obligations, including legal and payment obligations, may survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kerala, unless otherwise required by law.
