We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, tour packages, hotel reservations, flight bookings, and visa-related services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, destination knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
Responsibilities
• Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and travel insurance.
• Assist customers with domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Provide travel advice, itinerary planning, and destination recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and reservation modifications.
• Maintain customer records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
