We are seeking an Workshop Supervisor to responsible for managing vehicle maintenance operations and ensuring fleet reliability. The role involves planning preventive maintenance, handling minor repairs, and coordinating servicing activities. The supervisor ensures availability of spare parts and smooth workshop functioning. Additionally, the position focuses on minimizing downtime and maintaining vehicle performance
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Handle minor repairs and coordinate major servicing
• Manage tyre rotation and vehicle upkeep
• Maintain spare parts stock and handle purchases
• Monitor vehicle condition and maintenance records
• Coordinate with drivers and operations team
