About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager with 3–5 years of experience to oversee warehouse operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring efficient storage and dispatch of goods, and maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse procedures, and logistics operations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management/ERP systems.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in GCC warehouse operations is an advantage.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control techniques.
* Strong communication and team management abilities.
* Ability to analyze warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
Salary

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and deliveries
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory summaries, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
