Job Description
We are looking for an experienced VRF Supervisor to lead the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of VRF systems across commercial and residential projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in VRF systems, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise VRF installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Lead HVAC technicians and coordinate daily work schedules and site activities.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot complex VRF system faults and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and prepare daily progress and maintenance reports.
