Job Description
We are hiring experienced Turbine Supervisors for a leading industrial project in Saudi Arabia with strong experience in turbine installation, maintenance, and shutdown activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising technicians, coordinating manpower, and ensuring turbine work is completed according to technical specifications. Candidates must have good knowledge of turbine components, alignment, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to safety and quality are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise turbine installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.
• Lead technicians and coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor turbine alignment, clearances, components, and mechanical condition.
• Review technical drawings, maintenance procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project quality standards.
