We are seeking an organized and proactive Tour Controller to manage tour operations, coordinate travel schedules, and ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries. The ideal candidate will handle coordination between clients, drivers, and travel partners

• Plan and coordinate tour schedules and itineraries
• Assign vehicles, drivers, and tour guides
• Monitor ongoing tours and ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer queries and resolve travel issues
• Maintain booking records and travel documentation
• Ensure timely pickups, drop-offs, and service quality
• Prepare tour reports and daily operation updates
