Job Description
We are hiring skilled Hydrotest Technicians for a leading project in the UAE with hands-on experience in hydrostatic testing of piping and process systems. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of test preparation, pressure testing, valves, fittings, pumps, and test equipment. Candidates must be capable of following test packs, drawings, and approved hydrotest procedures safely and accurately. Strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, teamwork, and HSE awareness are essential
Responsibilities
• Perform hydrostatic testing of piping and process systems according to approved procedures.
• Prepare test lines, valves, fittings, pumps, gauges, and other hydrotest equipment.
• Check piping systems for leaks, pressure drops, and other abnormalities.
• Assist with test setup, pressurization, depressurization, and reinstatement activities.
• Record test results and follow all HSE and quality requirements.
