Job Description
We are hiring skilled Bolt Torquing Technicians for a leading project in the UAE with experience in controlled bolting and mechanical jointing activities. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of torque tightening, hydraulic torque wrenches, bolt tensioning, and flange assembly. Candidates must be capable of following torque specifications and approved procedures accurately. Strong technical skills, safety awareness, attention to detail, and quality workmanship are essential
Responsibilities
• Perform controlled bolt tightening and torquing activities according to specifications.
• Operate hydraulic and mechanical torque tools safely and correctly.
• Check bolt sizes, torque values, flange alignment, and joint condition before work.
• Record torque readings and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Follow approved procedures, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
