Role Overview & Description
We are seeking experienced and well-organized Storekeepers for a leading Oil & Gas project . The selected candidates will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory control, material preservation, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers, construction teams, procurement departments, and quality control personnel
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, storage, preservation, and safe handling of all materials in the warehouse or site store.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement, material issue, receipt, and balance details.
• Conduct regular stock checks, inventory audits, and reconciliation to identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, procurement personnel, and QC teams for material requests, inspections, and timely issuance.
