We are seeking an Sous Chef to responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food production. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting menu execution. The Sous Chef ensures smooth workflow and timely service. Additionally, the position focuses on consistency, team coordination, and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide kitchen staff

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
• Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes
