Responsibilities

• Assist in planning menus and food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage inventory and kitchen supplies
• Support the Head Chef in all kitchen activities
