Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Slitter-Rewinder Machine Operator to join a leading packaging manufacturing company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating slitting and rewinding machines, ensuring accurate cutting, high-quality finished rolls, and efficient production while maintaining safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor slitter-rewinder machines to process flexible packaging materials according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings, blade alignment, web tension, and rewinding parameters to ensure accurate slitting and consistent roll quality.
• Inspect finished rolls for width, alignment, winding quality, and defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and report major mechanical faults to the maintenance team.
• Maintain production records, ensure proper housekeeping, and follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
