Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating and static mechanical equipment for the Borouge Refinery Maintenance Project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in refinery or industrial maintenance, with expertise in pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, piping systems, and preventive maintenance. Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, piping systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliable plant operations.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
• Assist with equipment installation, alignment, overhauling, commissioning, and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE regulations, quality standards, and refinery maintenance procedures.
