Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations for Power Plant and Oil & Gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffold erection, modification, dismantling, and inspection activities while ensuring compliance with international safety standards and project specifications
Responsibilities
• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling activities at project sites.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate scaffold crews, allocate manpower, and monitor work progress to meet project schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain scaffolding records, inspection reports, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
