Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our Oil & Gas project team . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international scaffolding standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing scaffolding operations in industrial environments
Responsibilities
• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Coordinate scaffold teams, allocate daily work assignments, and monitor productivity.
• Conduct routine scaffold inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with HSE policies, client specifications, and international standards.
• Maintain inspection records, permits, and daily progress reports while coordinating with site management and safety personnel.
