Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to join our Oil & Gas project team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading scaffolding crews, supervising the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and HSE standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate scaffolders during erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.
• Allocate daily work assignments and monitor workforce productivity to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect scaffolding structures to verify compliance with approved drawings, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain daily work reports, material records, and ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations.
