Job Description
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolders for a leading construction project . The selected candidates will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with approved drawings, work procedures, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of different scaffolding systems, safe access methods, load requirements, and working-at-height procedures. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, teamwork, and strict compliance with company HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
Responsibilities
• Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved drawings, work plans, and safety requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding materials, including tubes, boards, couplers, frames, braces, ladders, and platforms before installation.
• Ensure scaffolds are properly leveled, secured, braced, and fitted with guardrails, toe boards, and safe access points.
• Carry out routine inspections and report damaged, unsafe, or defective scaffolding components to the supervisor.
• Follow approved work-at-height procedures, use required PPE, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
