Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Rotogravure Print Line Operator to join a leading packaging and printing company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining rotogravure printing machines, ensuring high-quality print production, minimizing machine downtime, and achieving daily production targets while complying with company quality and safety standards
Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor rotogravure printing machines to meet production schedules and quality specifications.
• Prepare printing cylinders, inks, substrates, and machine settings according to production requirements.
• Inspect printed materials for color consistency, print registration, and overall quality, making necessary adjustments during production.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.
• Maintain production records, follow safety procedures, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
