Job Description
We are seeking experienced Rigging Supervisors for a 3–5 month Shutdown Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all lifting and rigging operations, ensuring safe execution of heavy lifting activities, and coordinating with project teams during shutdown maintenance. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, extensive rigging experience, and valid APLO certification. Immediate joiners with GCC Oil & Gas experience are highly preferred
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities during shutdown projects.
• Prepare lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements for critical lifting operations.
• Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging gear are inspected and certified before use.
• Lead rigging teams and ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, crane operators, and project management to ensure safe and efficient execution of lifting operations.

Understanding of international lifting standards and HSE requirements.
