We are seeking an Reservation Executive to responsible for handling room bookings and managing OTA platforms to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role involves processing reservations, updating availability, and ensuring accurate booking records. The executive ensures smooth coordination between guests and hotel operations. Additionally, the position focuses on customer satisfaction, revenue optimization, and efficient booking management
Responsibilities
• Handle room bookings via phone, email, and online channels
• Manage OTA platforms and update rates/inventory
• Confirm reservations and maintain booking records
• Coordinate with front office and sales teams
• Handle guest inquiries and booking modifications
• Monitor occupancy and generate reservation reports
