Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure that construction projects are completed within budget. The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
* Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing when required.
• Assist in contract administration and variation order management
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and project valuations
• Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements
