Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pumps Foreman to join a leading Facilities Management company . The successful candidate will supervise the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of water supply, sewage, firefighting, and HVAC pumping systems. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sound mechanical knowledge, and the ability to ensure reliable pump performance while maintaining safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise maintenance teams responsible for centrifugal, booster, sewage, firefighting, and HVAC pumps.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and oversee repairs, alignment, balancing, and pump overhauls.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, material requests, and coordinate with engineers and clients.
