Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced Project Engineers for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of construction while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates with extensive experience in multi-storey building construction and GCC projects are highly preferred
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from project initiation to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and site teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and monitor project performance against established milestones.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Experience Required

Construction project planning and management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
High-rise building execution and supervision.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of construction methods, HSE, and quality standards.
