We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Team Leader to join a reputed company . The successful candidate will lead power plant operations, supervise maintenance teams, ensure continuous and efficient plant performance, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of power plant equipment and utilities.
• Lead maintenance teams to ensure maximum plant reliability and minimum downtime.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, operational procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare operational reports, coordinate with management, and optimize plant efficiency.
• Lead maintenance teams to ensure maximum plant reliability and minimum downtime.
