We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Manager to oversee plant operations, maintenance, and performance. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient power generation, safety compliance, and optimal utilization of resources

• Manage day-to-day operations of the power plant
• Ensure continuous and efficient power generation
• Oversee maintenance of turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems
• Implement safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Monitor plant performance and optimize efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
