Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Chargehand to lead and supervise plumbing installation and maintenance works for a leading construction project . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing plumbing teams, coordinating daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate a team of plumbers for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, isometric drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Inspect completed work, conduct pressure and leak testing, and ensure compliance with project quality standards and local plumbing regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment, enforce HSE procedures, prepare daily progress reports, and coordinate with site engineers and project management.
