We are looking for a Plantation Operations Manager to oversee daily plantation activities, manage workforce operations, and ensure optimal productivity across estate operations. The candidate will supervise cultivation practices, monitor resource utilization, coordinate harvesting activities, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
