Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
* 1–2 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or industrial engineering.
* Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial plant processes.
* Understanding of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
* Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
* Good organizational and time management skills.

• Monitor the daily operation of plant equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime
• Inspect plant equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
