We are seeking a P&M In-Charge responsible for managing plant and machinery operations, maintenance, and utilization at project sites. The candidate will ensure proper functioning, reduce downtime, and maintain equipment efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, coordination skills, and maintenance knowledge.
