Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager in F&B Division to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Food & Beverage business . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, managing teams, and ensuring profitability across multiple outlets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations, quality standards, and business performance. Candidates with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and a proven track record in F&B management are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and operational teams while monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory management, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
