Job Description

we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will support various departments, maintain records, and handle office coordination efficiently

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records (hard & soft copies)
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client communications professionally
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
