Job Description
We are hiring an experienced MEP Technician for a leading Facilities Management company in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure the smooth functioning of commercial and residential facilities
Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and utility systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in MEP equipment, ensuring minimum downtime.
• Carry out routine inspections of pumps, motors, lighting systems, distribution panels, and plumbing installations.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain maintenance records.
