Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MEP Technician to join a leading Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of building services, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient facility operations
Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in MEP equipment to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Carry out routine inspections of pumps, motors, lighting systems, electrical panels, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and ensure timely completion of assigned work orders.
• Follow company HSE policies, quality standards, and manufacturer maintenance procedures.
