Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring uninterrupted building services, compliance with safety regulations, and timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Responsibilities
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, and utility systems.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, monitor subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company quality standards.
