Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and physically fit MEP Helpers to support Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on construction and maintenance projects . The selected candidates will assist skilled technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and supervisors with installation, maintenance, material handling, and general site activities. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, follow technical instructions, and work efficiently as part of a professional team. This role requires good physical stamina, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to work in different site environments
Responsibilities
• Assist MEP technicians with the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Support electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other skilled workers with daily site activities.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize MEP materials, tools, pipes, cables, ducts, fittings, and equipment.
• Assist with basic tasks such as cable pulling, pipe installation, duct support work, equipment handling, and site preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
