Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized MEP Foreman to join a leading facilities maintenance project . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities across the assigned facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems. This role requires effective team leadership, work planning, technical problem-solving, and the ability to ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required schedule
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate MEP technicians, including HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance personnel.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for MEP systems.
• Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Review work orders, technical drawings, maintenance schedules, and material requirements before allocating tasks to the team.
• Prepare daily work reports, monitor maintenance progress, ensure quality standards, and enforce company HSE procedures.
