Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Foreman to join a leading construction company . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities, coordinating site teams, and ensuring all work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge of MEP systems, and the ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Allocate tasks, monitor the performance of technicians and subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship and productivity.
• Inspect MEP installations, identify technical issues, and coordinate with engineers to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining project quality, progress, and cost efficiency.
• Enforce HSE regulations, maintain daily site reports, and ensure a safe and organized working environment.
