MEP Engineer
Location: Oman
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: OMR 250–350 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP design, installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites.
* Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Ensure proper installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and related systems.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
* Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
* Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.* Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
* Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
* Support project planning and execution to meet deadlines.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in MEP engineering and construction projects.
* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
* Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
