we are seeking The Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning standard medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments. These codes are used for billing, insurance claims, and healthcare data management.
Responsibilities
• Review patient medical records and documentation
• Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure proper coding for diagnoses and procedures
• Work with healthcare providers for clarification of records
• Support insurance claims processing and billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with medical coding guidelines
