Job Description
We are hiring experienced Mechanical Supervisors for a leading Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supervising mechanical installation, maintenance, and site activities in power plant projects. Candidates must be capable of leading teams, coordinating manpower, and ensuring work is completed according to technical and safety requirements. Strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and HSE awareness are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Lead technicians and skilled workers and allocate manpower according to project requirements.
• Monitor mechanical equipment, piping, and related systems for proper installation and operation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure all mechanical work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications.
