Job Description
We are hiring experienced Mechanical Supervisors for a leading Power Plant Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, inspection, and site supervision. Candidates must be capable of leading mechanical teams and coordinating daily activities according to project requirements. Strong technical knowledge, leadership, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Lead technicians and skilled workers and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor mechanical equipment, piping, and related systems for proper installation and operation.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, contractors, and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
