Job Description
We are hiring experienced Mechanical Supervisors for a leading Power Plant Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supervising mechanical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities. Candidates must be capable of leading mechanical teams and coordinating daily site operations effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.
• Lead technicians and skilled workers and allocate manpower according to requirements.
• Monitor mechanical equipment, piping, pumps, valves, and related systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure mechanical work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead technicians and skilled workers and allocate manpower according to requirements.
• Monitor mechanical equipment, piping, pumps, valves, and related systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
