Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a leading Power Plant Shutdown Project . The ideal candidate will supervise mechanical maintenance, equipment installation, shutdown activities, and manpower while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications
Responsibilities
• Supervise mechanical maintenance and shutdown activities for plant equipment and rotating machinery.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor work progress.

• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of shutdown activities.
