Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a major Power Plant Shutdown Project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will supervise mechanical maintenance activities, lead maintenance teams, and ensure shutdown work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the project schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise mechanical shutdown, maintenance, installation, and overhaul activities for static and rotating equipment.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, manpower, materials, tools, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Monitor maintenance activities on pumps, valves, heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, piping systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, permit-to-work procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports, coordinate with project engineers, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
