Role Overview & Description
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Incharges for a major Oil & Gas Shutdown Project. The ideal candidate will lead mechanical maintenance activities, supervise shutdown execution, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines. Candidates must have proven experience in Oil & Gas shutdown maintenance and strong leadership capabilities
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise mechanical shutdown maintenance activities.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to shutdown schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and project procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with clients and project management.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mechanical maintenance and shutdown execution.
Leadership and workforce management.
Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
