Job Description
We are looking for an experienced LV & MV Foreman to join a leading Facilities Management company . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance teams, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and extensive experience in electrical distribution systems and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
• Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of LV & MV electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels.
• Allocate daily work assignments, monitor workforce productivity, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Inspect electrical installations, identify faults, and coordinate corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, HSE standards, and company quality procedures.
• Prepare daily maintenance reports, material requirements, and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients.
