The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and leadership skills, with the ability to manage logistics activities while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily logistics, transportation, and distribution activities.
* Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments.
* Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Oversee inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
* Resolve logistics and transportation issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures.
* Prepare logistics reports and analyze operational performance.
* Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Supervise and support logistics staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
* Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate transportation requirements.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
* Experience in supervising logistics or warehouse operations.
* Strong knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP or logistics software is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
