Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Lift Serviceman to join a leading Facilities Management company . The successful candidate will assist in the inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators to ensure safe and reliable operation. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of lift systems, good troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering quality maintenance services while adhering to safety standards
Responsibilities
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of elevators and escalators.
• Inspect lift components including motors, controllers, doors, cables, and safety devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturer maintenance standards.
• Maintain service reports and record maintenance activities.
